Know the
starting point.
The initial visit covers useful assessment, troubleshooting or setup. Some issues need more time, replacement equipment, parts or a specialist. A fix within the first hour is not guaranteed.
If more work is needed, we’ll agree on the scope, when additional billing starts and the revised total before continuing. No extra charges are applied retroactively.

A FEW HELPFUL ANSWERS
Before you
get in touch.
Is this still Technology with Paul?
Yes. Technology with Paul is the technology-services section of Trade and Task Home Services. You work directly with Paul and can use the same technology request form, email and phone number.
Do I need to know what’s wrong?
No. Share what the device is doing, when the problem started and anything you’ve tried. A device model and your city help Paul review the request.
Can you help with any technology issue?
Paul reviews each request before accepting a job. Some problems need equipment replacement, your internet provider or a specialist. Advanced data recovery, electronics repair and specialized cybersecurity or compliance work are outside the listed services.
Does a request book an appointment?
No. We discuss the issue, location, scope, expected cost and a suitable time, then confirm the visit individually.
